Base kit is the Revell Deutschland Panther Ausf A. Tool stowage was corrected, rake and tile pattern zimmerit added, damaged schurzen added, deck screens added and several grab handles and details added from strip styrene and sprue. First off would be to get a decent set of MP 44 mag pouches. Do not get the ones with the leather lids (i did) they are czech post war pouches. German pouches are all canvas. Do be careful in choosing. The AEG MP 44 mags don't fit some brands of pouches.

Thanks for your kind words. Koobleguy, i start out by painting a primer coat in flat black over the entire model. This helps add a bit of "visual weight" to the model and is a good base for the shadow areas of the tank. I then paint a lightened shade of the base color (dunkelgelb or in the...

Seen Silencio en la Nieve. Pretty good story. Something like a "silence of the Lambs" kind of murder mystery set in Russia. The only complaint i had was the less than believable digital explosion effects in one scene. Haven't seen My Way yet but it is a melodramatic made up story based on ...

Is there any documentation that the bright variant really existed? there's a rather vivid one in Michael Beaver's book bit nowhere as bright as this.

In airsoft circles, its my experience that less than period perfect gear makes great loaner equipment for those who want to try WW2 but don't yet have the gear.
