Re: Das Reich R.G (Spain) Geschlossene Ordnung Ausbildung

Practice makes perfect! The timing is really hard to get right. I was in the honor guards company and we used to yell a number for each movement in unison, it helped somewhat. Re: Das Reich R.G (Spain) Geschlossene Ordnung Ausbildung

Loved the marching, I guess I must start practicing that as well :P By the way, one good tip to learn the rifle movements is to NOT MOVE when you are done with the move, even if you fail to do it properly. When everyone is still but one guy is moving his fingers or hand it shows. But if he is still ...

Re: accident

o_O

Accidents happen, when people do things. Atleast the guy got to experience a proper war injury and will definately deserve his wound badge ;)

I myself once stepped on a knife someone had dropped... luckily it only split my bigtoe in half right along the side of the bone and nothing worse.

Re: Simo Häyä

Recent studies have suggested that he might have been used for propaganda values and would not have shot more than 100 men. A great number in itself, but a lot less than to 500-700 usually quoted in books...
