The Dutch army still uses the Esbit burner. Main difference is a KL number stamped into the metal. But they are dead cheap over here.

Shagging in the Sudan? seems to be totally acceptable for a Canadian Club Whisky advertisement in an US magazine of the fourties. In the UK I remember shagging as a completely different thing than native dancing.
