I was waiting to see if anybody else would reply as iam not an expert lol,
but if i can help i will ?

The SS medical trade badges as far as i know were worn above the cufftitle
on the left arm, normal un-edged embroidery for O/R's or NCO's and silver
wire edged ones for Officers (see pics), hope this helps :?:

black diamond is ss
but circular black is heer for panzerblacks

the heer trade patch , circular,is more of a bottle green with a yellow snake

the grey is tinged with blue and that is luftwaffe with agrey snake and staff

kriegsmarine dark blue(nearly black)..again both circular

make sure you get staff AND snake otherwise you willbe a vet. lol

hope this helps

So this is the one for Heer?

So these were worn on the arm or like the SS on the cuff. Seems a strange place to put it I would love to see a real picture of one.

cheers

Not sure about the SS versions, but for Heer, all specialist badges were worn be enlisted men only, officer's never wore trade badges, Heer trade badges came in 2 grades the regular had no silver cord around it and the higher "senior" version had the silver cord around it.

Pretty sure the SS did,I should specify NCO. Not sure if commissioned officers wore them.
