which is more accurate?

What would be more accurate for a sanitator,an EM rank,or Nco? It got me wondering, where as the sanitator had more medical training than a KT,did they tend to have higher rank ? If it was abnormal for an EM to have the title sanitator,id rather portray the more common route..

A sanitator would be more likely be the NCO having more training like you said.

I agree, a sanitäter would be an NCO since they got 6 months medical traning and some other special courses.
