Fernmeldestelle "Habicht"...

Post by f.knieriemen »

Hi folks,

I'd like to introduce you to the latest status of my 'Fernmelde'-display...

Since a couple of years I try to complete my sets both on the "Fernmelde" and the "Funk" side and got to a stage where a) I start to run into trouble carrying all the gear to events and b) fully realize that the topic "radio & signals" is a really really broad spectrum to cover

No doubt it's great fun as well, especially when you are able to operate the gear... While operating the telephones is quite easy the radio side causes challenges in many varieties! To make a long story short: me and the group members did a joint effort in rebuilding/ modifying some original items or similar looking ones to be used in CB (Civil Band) mode

Following now some pictures giving an overview of possible setups I was able to display on various events...

In case you have some questions on how we solved this or that detail - feel free to ask!

Self made ones... But I can get my hands on real ones (tables and seats)....
