What a beautiful garden, I love everything Japanese... WW2 Japan interesting, but.... the Sengoku period was more fun :mrgreen: Very nice pictures

they all like tha gardens ............but havent mentioned you ...... :lol:

My guess Les its a combination of options A and C, but then thats never really bothered me in the past so who cares :lol: :lol: :lol:

The owners of the garden were more than happy to let us do the photos there

Wow :shock: Do you know anything about its history?? Like who's owned it. I've always longed for something.. anything owned by a member of the Oda clan. Check out http://www.toraba.com he has some really beautiful stuff :mrgreen:

is said to have belong to an officer who was tried for war crimes after the war for his part in the Sandakan death march in New Guinea. the sword does have a silver family crest on it and i have the names of the 2 families it could have belonged to.
