Motorrad FGs

After a few years of waiting my friend and I got both our bikes out to an event to portray mounted FGs. Still have many details and engine adjustments to sort out, but all in all, it was a good to get out there.

Can you give us more background info and pictures of the bikes please - presume they are BMW R35s'

Yes...these are both R35s. Myself and my bike are on the right. My friend on the left has had his for about 5 years in various stages of restoration. His was a barn find in Lithuania. Mine was parted together over the years. Still have to break her in and make many adjustments. The photo is from an event at an old Air Force Base housing area. The markings are not correct for FG since this is a secondary impression we do at events where we can ride. Normally we are 21st PZ Panzergrenadiers.

Marcus, hopefully we will have our sidecar bike at Georg Fliegerplatz event in Januar, 2014!
