E50 1946 Paper Panzer (Trumpeter)

Post by Martin Webster »

Its been a while since I have posted here, so thought I would share my E50.
It is the Trumpeter kit, mostley built out of the box.
I added the metal barrel from RB and the tracks are the Tiger II late tracks from Hobby Boss.
The E50 is now ready for priming then the painting process.

A few more of the E50.
I added the front head light from Tasca'a light set but thought I would show it damaged with the bulb missing and just the wires showing inside. looking at the pic I have noticed I need to clean up around the base of the light.
Though not seen clearly in these pics I added the hull MG mount from the spares box as one is not included in the kit.
I have posted the pic from above to show how long the barrel is for this beast tho it is longer on the E75 kit also from trumpeter.
I added casting numbers to the cast armoured exhaust covers.

Very nice. Trumpeter kits are not to bad but adding an etched kit really brings them to life. Look forward to more pics.
