German Carbide Lamp
I'm Selling my German Carbide Lamp (see below) The Lamp is possably war time early post war but the insides are from 1962 (replaced?)
Nice condition but I never fired up the Carbide bit but looks to be all there. Clear glass at front, Red glass at sides. Works well with candles of all sizes and warms up a Zelt nicely.
Payment by Paypal please buyer pays the fees.
Price £65 Inc post to Mainland UK.

Nice item but its a good job you dont use the carbide inside an enclose space mate (im sure you already know this)

Thanks Yes it is a nice one and No I have never or would ever use in a confined space but a good sized candle works nicely.

Any particular reason mate? As they're biggest use in history has been in enclosed spaces. Used one myself underground

Just one really gas/flame in an enclosed space made of inflamable material, not what i would use it for mate, mind the candle in the same situation is just as dangerous i suppose
