28. Jager Light Infantry Division

Originally formed in 2017 as part of a themed wild camping display and training unit it quickly became a UK re-enactment group under the title of the 28th Jager Division ( Light Infantry ) the light infantry specialized for assault and defence operations in urban and rugged terrain, not to be confused with Gebirgsjäger known as "Mountain Rangers" these soldiers were unique often working in small groups of six to eight men,
This group is the only active WW2 German Jager group in the UK and working along side the Russian 284th Rifle Division we attend multi period events across the UK and are noted for being 100% period accurate with members also speaking German.
