Long service ribbon name in German?

I haven't been able to find the German description for the Long Service medal/ribbon.
Any help, please?

The German reference to long service awards of any length, certainly within the heer, was the 'dienstauszeichnung' of which ever class was bestowed (4 year, 12 year etc.)
