She is 3.1 tonne and is running like a swiss clock , Justin will post more details and history on it soon .We hope to mount the flak in it for certain shows and tow it for others for variation on the photographs this year

Our new Opel Blitz is a 3.5 ton .It was built in 1944 and used by the Army .After the war it went into commercial use by a transport company . In 1965 it was bought by a museum in Hannover where it went on display , while there it was leased out to the German film company D.E.F. and featured in some WW2 films .In 1996 the museum closed and it was purchased by a well known collector in Jersey .Here it stayed until recently when we purchased it , she is in great condition and will become a regular sight on Irish roads over the coming months.

There is/was a 4x2 for sale in Austria about 8 weeks ago. The owner was looking for offers around the equivalent of £23,500 - I'll see if I can pull his details out. I know it was complete and restored, just needed a few cosmetic bits installing (shovel, notek light etc.). He also had a 1,5 tonne Blitz which needed a lot more work doing on it - I'm not sure about the price for that one.
