Hello,
I would like to present a new model of Gebirgsjager boots used by Bosnian SS-Gebirgsjager and SS Prinz Eugen Gebirgsjager which I started to make by special orders.

Re: SS Gebirgsjager boots
Nice boots , they do look a lot like those in the first picture . Are they modelled on originals ? I'm not aware of a specific boot used by 7th or 13th SSGJ Divisions . The soldier in the first picture could be wearing private purchase boots , it was not uncommon .

Grüß Di' Gebirglers,
I agree with Jäger Halle. All the references that I have on wss Gebirgsjägers, shows them wearing standard issue mountain-ski boots. The photo you posted and the illustration show standard boots. Private-purchased boots can be seen occasionally being worn by officers, NCO's, and sometimes EM's.
Here's a Hochgebirgsjäger wearing private-purchased boots with Tricouni nails around the soles:

papa,
in the 2nd photo down of just boots you posted, does the boot have no heel to speak of? Looks completely flat soled? either way I love the look of both them and the OP's boots very aggressive looking beasts!

Papa ,
Thanks for the pics ! The tricouni nails - I've seen many like this in pre war and Reichswehr pictures ( Dietl I'm sure had a pair with them in Norway ) - a box of 50 or so sold for over €120 recently on eBay.de .
Funker50 - those boots , I think are adapted ski boots and have no heel at all - I have a similar pair ( without the cleats ) - I'm sure Papa will confirm this or put me straight ..
Feldposten - would you be able to make " customised " boots perhaps ?
Horrido !

This was an order of one of my customer from Montana. This is my first time when I made such boots.
Hope all of you who bought my boots are happy with them!
Adios
