German mortar training

I'm looking for information on the German 50mm and 81mm mortars, specifically the training that went into their use:
- basic operation of the mortar
- calibration and use of the sights
- techniques for ranging and correction of fire
- roles of individual members (Gunner 1/2, Assistant 1/2, etc)
- etc

Basically: if I have a mortar and I want to train my schutzen on it, what do I teach them? English texts please, my German is still scratchy
