As for " registered dealers" this only applies to dealers in The Republic of Ireland who wish to sell to citizens in the State . UK dealers can sell to customers in The Republic of Ireland as long as the customers have got the proper paper work done , I should know as I have imported several .

It is you who is confused , the form I downloaded is the one that you must fill out if you wish to import a weapon from the UK , this is there for all to see on the Department of Justice website .
