As Graham and myself will be interacting with the crowd on station security check point etc, we would't mind holding onto a tin and ask the public to contribute.

we will have a table with typwriter and usual stamps etc set out on the platform as usual.

always willing to support a good cause.

Mark is known as "The Pieman of Wigcatraz"

He is a Connoisseur of the crusted meat delicacy known as "Pie". Known to carry several varieties on one trip - Mark can often be seen imbibing of the Traditional Yorkshire fare of Porkpie - He is a regular visitor to the Cornish Pasty and will never pass up the oppportunity of a portion of hot Meat and Tatey.

I didn't know however he was a sweetcadger....... we'll have to watch him when Das Medic is about - Wouldn't want all the RotesKreutz Lollipopchen to get snaffled now would we? Armed Guard on the tuck box?

Not to worry Les. Offer is still open if you need a place to crash.

Just to recap for all the allied re-enactors who might be reading this:

Once again Levisham railway station will be going back in time and becoming “Le Visham” , France October 1943.
The station sits 1.5 miles from the nearest town, is almost totally of 1913 era, and set in stunning scenery (if you've ever seen "Hartbeat", its filmed in the area)

We have a very exciting and demanding scenario this year, *Partisan" which will be lighting up the valley all day Saturday and Sunday.

We have almost 80 re-enactors from various Heer/Waffen units at the station this year, with lots of action and excitement on the hour, every hour (the trains are hourly, the scenario lasts 1 hour. Simples! )

Two tea huts and a French cafe will provide refreshments while the occupying forces ensure your security (and good behaviour )

If you are in the area, or at another station, pop in for a look see, a French Meal and a glass of wine or a cup of tea.
Make sure your papers are in order though

Please note: All allied re-enactors will be disarmed upon arrival and weapons stowed safely in the radio room. This is to preserve the integrity of the scenario, so please dont be suprised or offended.

No parking (except disabled) in or around the station this year.
Were too full and just too bloody busy!

Neil?
Work party - What's the SP mate? Do we need a tent? Is it civvy (hope so) and is it two days?

Also what's needed? My primary is to get a plan of the area drawn up - placements, times and firing orders. Digging's not gonna be a large concern - I'm gonna make the stuff portable - Also will need to get consumables sorted as I'm in me regular motor and space is at a premium on the live gig. Do you have any D10 cos ours got used mainly at Victory...... (could NOT believe how much it took!)

Will probs give you a call this weekend if you're about.
