Unternehmen Elbrus - Baganov (GJ in Spain)

A few days ago did we organize our first "Hochgebirgs-Unternehmen": the 3.Kp. had a reenactment weekend in Bagà, in the cathalan Pyrenees. A nice march with snoeshoes, 2150m high, -7º temperature (not as cold as in Finnland!!!) and sun!
We had a "cold" battle agains the Ispaniets (the spaniards fighting with the soviets).
We were 23 at all, but it was a great weekend!

Awesome stuff! Wish I could have been there. You guys look fantastic and what a super location. Looks like you could have used some skis!!!

Skiing was planed for sunday, but we had a very bad weather and the snow was too frozen for our old wooden skis (and skiing skills!!!)
Hopefully next time we'll do it!
