Gebirgsjaeger Überleben-Ausbildung

I was wondering if Gebirgsjagers went through any sort of specialized wilderness survival training. I know the GJ involved with the Brandenburg Kommandos did but what about on a more generalized level and if so what would it involve?


What sorts of equipment were they issued etc etc etc...
