Iam looking for the correct KM Uniform, the blue and the white uniform. I want to protray a Matrose like my granduncle. He was in the Kriegsmarine from 1939 to 1945, at frist on the destroyer "Paul Jacobi" and later on U-822.

Is there only epic-militaria, who has the uniforms? What could be used of the post war material, Bundeswehr and Volksmarine?

I am just a beginner in these matters, but in my opinion BW Marine stuff is usable when combined with replicas. This is my KM Gefreiter impression, the Schiffchen is replica, wool shirt with scarf and Kieler Kragen is BW Marine with replica KM Eagle, sleeve insignia are originals. Klapphose (which is not on the picture) is also BW Marine.
