any idea on date of film, looks kike 1950'/60' do they still have this collection or has it been scrapped?

I thought the film was shot in 1943? The date is in the title but I guess it could be referring to stuff captured in 1943... but then a film shot in 50s and 60s would have stuff right up to the end of the war and its clear to see its all stuff captured up to Kursk... but no Panthers etc and pretty much all of the armour is dark grey rather than Dunkelgelb...
