I'm new here

Post by FockeWulf »

Hello everyone,

I'm Stephan Hansen, male, 30 years old and from Schleswig-Holstein in Germany.
Since my childhood I'm very interested in history, in particular world war 2 and guns. My other interests are photography and reading. From March 1998 till March 2000 I was soldier, paratrooper in the German army and my unit was the Fallschirmjägerbataillon 313 in Varel near Oldenburg. My normal occupation is businessman, but in the moment I'm jobless.
I'm very interested in reenactment and perhaps I could join sometimes a reenactment group.

Sincerely FockeWulf

KKA

Yes I belong to the Kriegsmarine Küstenabteilung from Tulsa OK.USA and run KKA Nord. We do coastal artillery. But for our complete impression there is a lengthy uniform and gear list. That list can be seen on the main unit the link is in the my website link section. There are alot of great pics of the unit. One of our members made a 2 part video of a US recon patrol encountering a german position here are the links to it.

it turned out pretty well in my opinion. The KM unteroffitzier is our unit commander. I portray a funker in the coastal artillery. I am a WW1 navy funker recalled to active service in the coastal artillery

Thanks for the links and you are right, the videos turned out pretty well. I like the pictures from the KKA Nord, they are great.
By the way, I was a 2 or 3 year old boy when I had met your commander-in-chief. I live only 5 miles away from Aumühle and there had Großadmiral Karl Dönitz his house. My aunt was his housekeeper and I was several times with her when she had to work. I sat on the knee from Karl Dönitz and he played with me. Unfortunately he died a short time later and I was to young to talk with him.

The radio Torn. f d2 I built using a resin front plater and constructing the rest including the battery case unit. The black battery in the battery unit is made of thin wood with a 12volt gel cell hidden inside it powers the radio section through the cable
