Tropenbekleidung soldbuch inset

Hallo there, I am trying in vain to get better picture of Tropenbekleidung inset for German Soldbuch, which was issued for DAK soldiers in Africa. It is an extra piece of paper added in the Soldbuch, but I have no idea of its size and contents. I am posting here two images I have. Does anybody have better pictures, ideally of the whole document (front and back side)? Thank you.
