Hi every one, hope to meet some of the forum members at Pickering next weekend.
My civilian name is Brian Binney, I have been reenacting since July 2005 and I am still learning, it will great to meet and mingle with some experienced German reenactors.

You join a long line of Helmuts in Re-enactment - Most notably Helmut Cüver of 916 some years ago and Helmut Schtrapp who also was lost on I believe the Russian Front in 43.......
I nearly chose the name Helmut Dekkel but went with Jochen Dollman instead - Much funnier.

Glad you made the journey across here and hope you will find it pleasant. One or two more IR8 lads ought to get on..... start mixing it with the rest of the loons out here!

Another 8./IR GD member here. Hope to meet up with plenty of yous at Levisham. Can't wait for 'Das Disco'

Looks like we should have about 15 members there. As the new kids in school, please don' t pick on us...

Far from picking on you - we want you in the footy team!!! Do you lot know how pleased many of us are to be able to share a gig with you??????

You'll find folks eager to pass on stuff, and learn from you.... and have beer drinking competitions as well as ..... by the way? Can you lot do the Timewarp?
