Tamiya1/35th French Infantry set

Have you noticed, not one of them is eating cheese or surrendering.
Who has it wrong? Tamiya or Homer/the whole of the United States of America?
Perhaps in a year a more detailed set will be issued by Dragon which will correct any minor errors?

Ah! I got a set of the US 106th Div. I thought the big white sheet was an unprinted set of instructions.

Seriously, I fancy getting the Char B and the armoured carrier. They look very nice and there's already an etched set for the Char :)

What was the name of the unit that helped defend Berlin in the bitter end??? Oh...33. Waffen-Grenadier-Division der SS Charlemagne (französische Nr. 1).

My great-grandfather, Gustav Schmeisser, was from Metz...served in the German Army during WWI.

My grandfather, Walter Schmeisser, also born in Metz....served in the French Army at the beginning of WWII and the DRK from 1943-44.
