Not all geese goosestep, some waddle. Specifically the Brent Goose and the Shellduck (which isn't a duck).

The only way I can get geese to goosestep is to encourage them to stand on a hot surface, such as the side of a flattened out sheet of corrugated iron with a bonfire underneath. But, after several hours of observation, my conclusion is that they don't like this very much !

Yet they taste wonderful - N'est Pas?

Ziggy - by definition - Gees must goose step. Your ornithological nerdiness (which apparently knows no bounds) may clasify it as a waddle which I thought was reserved for ducks and fat ladies but for we lay persons - it's a step.
(For years I've watched geese perambulate and I can not for the life of me equate it with the marching style....... where DID that phrase originate?)

It'd be nice to see someone do a Donitz impression...

Very good likeness , I would say if you were at a Big show, a scenario , could be based around the Allies Capturing Himmler , or something of that ilk , or as someone said get yourself on a Movie look :) a like list , and hone your Acting skills , Well done Villy

Yes..... Downfall.......

Villy? Did the Allies ever mount an operation to capture Himmler? Was he ever in fact captured in full Allgemeine uniform?
Well in which case it wouldn't be re-enactment....... and therefore would still be rather gratuitous.
