Panzer Wrecks

Post by Tychsen »

A series of books which I am sure the tank loving fraternity will be aware of and can vouch for.
Recently bought 3 from this series which I think now runs up to 12 volumes what you get -Excellent and well captioned photo histories of German Armour after it has been disabled or destroyed.
Random photos , no each volume covers specific areas of operation and the reproduction of the photos is clear and detailed , the mixture of photos ranging from snap shots taken by individual soldiers tom those taken by official war photographers.
I initially bough one of their two volumes which cover Normandy - two more books bought as a result of this and in due course a few more will be added.

The website of the publishers gives an insight into this series and other related publications.
