Finland i Krig - Finland at War

Found this book at the university library. It's the last part in a series of three books and covers 1944-1945 i.e. the Soviet assault of 1944 and the Lappland war against the Germans. In all the book is quite good with some brilliant wartime photos and lots of maps. I think the authors are finnish and the book is printed in 2001. With finnish writers it's no wonder the book suffers from some "unequality" in the description of the battles in favour of the finns but exept from that, it's a really good book.

Iohan yes I looks a good book as for the authers beaing Finnish 2 look to be Swedish going by the names of 2 they could be swidish speaking Finns .
Do you have ISBN numbers for the book

Since it's printed i Finland (Jyväskylä) and copyrighted by Schildts förlag AB (from Esbo) my guess is they are swedish speaking finns.
