Ah the nanny state in reverse, allow people to break the law as long as they (Government) are making money sounds right Alex, however if you start interfering with police or military (or any security) frequences the attitude may well be different since these bodies will then be the ones chasing you. It has however been a long time since i heard of anyone being prosecuted for missuse of the airwaves (the illegal CB boom of the 80s)as far as i can remember.
